Born in rural western Maine in Oxford. Beautiful place with wonderful family. Moved to Boston for college and stayed for 20 years and recently, 5 years ago, moved to San Francisco to escape New England winters and I love it out here.

Love to photograph nature and architecture (since nature has a lot of architecture in it, as well).

I am not good at portraits and envy those who are.

I write, bike, travel and envelop myself in most kinds of art.
