I take photographs of anything simply because I enjoy it, how good they are I leave to others to judge, although hopefully I am learning and improving all the time.

When I started taking photos, many many years ago, I was given the following advice by a professional photographer:

1. A good photograph is in the eye, not the camera.

2. If a photo is not technically perfect, but you like it, its still a good photo. However try to improve your technical skill.

Whilst I may not reply to every comment left on my photos, they are all very much appreciated.

All my photos are copyrighted to me, however should you wish to use one for any reason whatsoever, please contact me through FlickrMail, I will normally be happy to give permission, although for commercial use I may ask for a small fee.

Also please note that I will block anyone who "Faves" my photos or adds me as a contact who does not have any of their own or very recent photos in their Photostream.
