About the Company

Started in 2007, the Midlands Business Awards provides the opportunity for businesses in the Midlands and South West to showcase their products and services.

2012 EVENT

The main event - the 2012 Awards Ceremony - was held on the 3rd of February 2012 at the Hilton Metropole Hotel, NEC, Birmingham. It was a huge success, with over 400 people in attendance, a fabulous fashion show, and the cream of West Midlands Businesses.

We would like to give a big thank you to all who have supported in raising the profile of the awards and making it the successes it is today.

About me

Before launching the Midlands Business Awards, I was involved in a number of companies helping them to start up, grow and expand. While running those, I became aware of the need for successful companies to be recognised in the wider environment: so many excellent companies remain unrewarded for their hard work, dedication and passion for what they do.

I founded the Midlands Business Awards in 2007 and since then it has grown tremendously. Each year the standard of entrants has been fantastic and it’s been a hard task judging them all. The Awards Ceremony itself was a huge success in 2012, and we plan to make 2013 the best yet.
