You need time to fully appreciate the sensibility of this man. All his pictures are very accurate, but here and there you'll find real jems of talent and awareness on human being. This happens when a photographer can really catch that moment when the subject's soul is really pouring out of the picture. And there you remain in amazement, wondering if those persons are aware of what a gift he made them, exposing so much the innerself that often we ourselves don't even know well.
