Max is a fourth generation Arizonan, who has worked all over the globe, and continues to travel internationally at least three months per year in his work leading the International Safe Schools Program which he founded with the World Health Organization Collaborating Centre on Community Safety Promotion based at Karolinska Institute, Stockholm Sweden beginning in 2001. Trained as a Chemist with research in organic synthesis, astro-chemistry, photochemistry, and solid state analytical chemistry; Max worked in government and industry for his early career. Making the switch to program development and PeaceBuilders, he found his niche to grow where he became Director of development, manufacturing, sales and distribution. This lead to his growth into working with the WHO, and founding and developing his own international non-profit, non-governmental agency, where he works with individuals, organizations, schools, businesses and governments around the world to create substantive change.

To bolster the income of his non-profit, his income and that of businesses around the world, he spends part of his time devoted to consulting through Bingham & Kent, LLC utilizing the BSP model of the IIB network.
