Inspired by friends, I'm trying to return to flickr and my love of photography after being absent for a year. I haven't learned yet how to incorporate taking pictures into my daily life, but this is my ambition. I'm exploring different photo styles to see what I like, so you'll find a mish-mash of photos in my collection.

I moved to Manchester in 2008, and since then have been travelling within Europe, and in Egypt, Morocco, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Australia and New Zealand.

I have done some freelance work for www.FrogfishPhotography.com doing sport and event photography, plus assist teaching underwater photography to SCUBA divers.

I mostly use an Olympus E-410. Several of my pictures are taken on my Blackberry phone. I also get my hands on a Nikon D200 and D700 from time to time.

I use facebook for my social photos, and flickr for my photographic images. Flickr is utterly addictive. I enjoy browsing and commenting on other people's photos and I'm awestruck at the quality of the work you Flickr people are putting out there, so thanks for the inspiration and happy shooting!
