I really admire Maxine’s images because she weaves the human form with the landscape to create stunning organic images, often adding a poignancy with a distant look on her face. Many people see a landscape and just record it in a technically proficient way, Maxine uses the landscape/seascape as a canvas backdrop to the human image. For me, that just works :-)
