Mijn name is Mehran Pourmiri. I'm living with my wife and two sons in Emmen, The Netherlands.

In summer 2009 I started with digital photography. To start, I bought an entry level DSLR to find out whether I like it. After a while, sniffing, playing and of course reading books and magazines, I soon discovered that I really like it. I love all kinds of genres, but my main preference is for portrait photography.

When I write comments to your picture, I do it because I really like your picture. That does not mean I want a comment in turn.

Regarding comments I love to receive constructive comments. If you conclude the photo is technically not good and therefore should be improved, I will appreciate it if you briefly explain. So if there's any reason to criticize my photo, feel free to write a critical review.
