My love of birding and my fascination with photography came together with my first digital camera, the Canon Digital Rebel. The freedom to shoot hundreds, even thousands of images in a day (heck, an afternoon) ignited my passion to capture birds in flight. I love all birds and delight in their personalities and am thrilled to share this love through photographs.

After an extended absence from Flickr I am back and wanted to say thank you to all my contacts for their patience. I hope to be caught up soon with commenting. A special thank you to those who emailed me during the past few months to keep in touch.

Anyway I now have a lovely new pc and am once again connected to the online world!
