I use Nikon DSLRs, I own an old workhorse -a full frame D700 and more recently a crop sensor D500. I got into bird photography in 2021 after buying a 'cheap' telephoto lens (Tamron 150-600mm) and now I'm hooked. I prefer to shoot wide open, love that bokeh! I enjoy dabbling with macro too -besides the nifty fifty it's the only Nikon Prime I currently own, a 60mm macro lens (with broken AF, but who needs it for macro right?) Planning to try a bit of night photography and landscapes with water blur, but waiting to splurge on the Sigma 20mm 1.4 Art Lens first. The wide angle I use (but rarely) is the Tamron 28-70mm.
