Maura's photostream is seriously one of my favorites on flickr. I absolutely love browsing it. She's a talented photographer with an unique perspective. Her photos always seem to capture certain moods/emotions and show that even ordinary objects can be beautiful. They're simply brilliant.

I have been sitting on this testimonial all summer. I wanted to make it have some meaning... and I guess I really can't convey my respects towards her work in words, as much as I would like to. There are many young photographers here on Flickr, but none have compared to Maura's work that I have seen. She doesn't have a 'worship me' vibe, and I appreciate the fact she takes the time to respond to you. Things are at ease on her stream, nothing intimidating (well, with the exception of your first stroll through her photos), because you know there will be a witty reply waiting, eventually. Her keen eye and sense of her surroundings have opened me up to her world through her photos, and I hope I don't sound like a creeper for saying that. Keep on truckin', m'lady. May your inspiration keep growing!
