My name is Matt and I'm from a small industrial town in the North East of England called Billingham.

I've always been into making films since I was a kid and I got a Canon 550D for Christmas this year with every intention of using if for film making, however I couldn't resist using it to take a few pictures too.

I guess this account is just a journey of me trying to learn how to use a still camera for the first time!
