Photography eluded me until my early 20s, finding the enjoyment I got from it in 2011 when I travelled to Kenya - not too bad a backdrop to start a new hobby.

My main area of interest is Landscape, living where I do, in the North Eaat of England it’s hard not to find our coastline and rolling countryside anything but magnificent.

Scotland, Northumberland, the English Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales are all within a few hours drive and perfectly suited to our dramatic weather. I’m blessed in that my wife likes to accompany me on many trips as we both share a love of the outdoors,

Besides Landscape photography I also dabble with portraiture and the occasional wedding. It’s great to be caught in a situation where anything can happen and you have to be ready for it.

This mindset is pretty much second nature, as I currently work for the largest global automotive Alliance, based out of the UK but working all across Europe. No two days are the same and it’s great to work across several stills and video platforms and always be on the go. If you snooze, you lose!
