Matthew is One of the youngest British climbers and part of the youngest ever team to summit Mount Everest.

Summiting on the 19th May 2012, sponsored by Hibu (formerly Yell Group) in support of Global Angels and as an ambassador for Climate Unchange.

The expedition was endorsed by Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II and Sir Ranulph Fiennes, the greatest living polar explorer.
