When asked to describe myself in form boxes and questionnaires I can't help but think how many people don’t give this topic much respect or thought in to who they really are.
I fear the most frequent responses will consist of what they do for a job, physical characteristics, where they live, hobbies, and sporting teams they follow.
I guess my main concern with the question is that I don’t believe any of the above topics really describe “who” a person is.
Also I don’t know who I am yet, the journey is with any luck, a long way from finished but to comply with the intended use of the box.
I am a physical creation shaped by life experiences, evolving with time to not only have thoughts about my future experiences, but to have influence over them and create my desired experiences.
Although “who” I am will be different depending on the individuals own experiences and point of view, as mine of them will most defiantly differ from there own.
To give this topic the respect it deserves cannot be done and I think we all should think about the true depth of those two words “Describe Yourself”.
Oh and P.S. I am well aware of my short comings in regards to spelling and grammar but thanks for noticing ;-)
