A little about me:

I worked full time as a Nurse Practitioner with cancer patients undergoing bone marrow transplants for many years. I had many gratifying moments during my career. I am retired now but maintain my license. I've turned my energies to other interests, including photography.

I am married, have three adult children, and 5 grandchildren. You'll find many Catholic themes here in my photo stream. Central to my Catholic faith is our undeniable connection with others through our shared humanity. I hope, no matter who you are, that we might find some common ground here as we seek beauty in the light and shadows that are our lives.

Thank you for sharing your photography skills and the beauty you see in the world, including those personal snippets of everyday life that connect us all. I appreciate the views, feedback, and friendship I've shared with many of you through the years.

I have a lot of photos in this photo stream! It was not created to be a portfolio, although there are albums that show some of my better work within it. For the interested, the best way to browse is by looking at my Albums. There you will see things roughly organized by my current themes and then alphabetically. Try clicking: HERE

This photo stream is now 20 years old, and is an accumulation of personal photos as well as more artistic ones. It demonstrates the growth that that I've made in the ensuing years as I attempted to improve my photography skills without formal training. Since 2019, I have devoted more time to improve technically and artistically and, when able, have taken classes toward that end.

I continue to record family events and changes in seasons and in the garden. Images are organized for easier viewing into "collections" and "albums" for anyone interested in exploring here further.
