☆ Background:

I'm Marya Fernanda, I'm 28 years old (my birthday is on January 13th), and I'm from Manaus - Amazonas - Brazil. I currently I work as an analyst in the judiciary system of the Amazonas state and I live at home with my parents, younger brother and loads of cats! :)

☆ Collecting:

Since I was a child, collections have always been a big part of my life. Starting with dolls, plushes, key chains, comic books, nail polishes, everything I could get in more than 1 unit I would gather around!

Time went by, I grew up, internet came around and made so much easier to keep up my collections that sometimes it's not even funny (ha ha ha, just kidding!!), because you can find pretty much EVERYTHING! Needless to say, the little girl who loved collecting became the Crazy Collecting Lady - and with pride!!! :D/

☆ Regional Hello Kitty / Gotochi Kitty:

Of course there are zibillions of Hello Kitty things out there, from many places and with hundreds of lines and designs, and unless you're a zibillionaire, it's impossible to get everything! D:

So I elected as the objects of my collection the regional Hello Kitties, that are created to be sold in Japan only as souvenirs, and that represent local places, stories, monuments, people etc. Each design can be commonly found as strap, mascot, pen, mechanical pencil, towel, notepad, plush and so on, and due to limited money and space, and to a nasty allergy to plushes, I collect straps, mascots and writing materials.

I first started with straps at some point in 2005, and around the beginning of 2007 I decided to get mainly mascots, because I noticed they were more resistant than the straps, and later, in August 2007, I decided to give a try to pens and mechanical pencils, that turned into my biggest passion! :)

Since 2010, my interest in collection Gotochi Kitty has decreased, and by the end of the year, I haven't really purchased any, as you can see by the lack of pictures. What does 2011 hold for this collection?? You'll never know, it might explode again! :D

☆ Pinky St.

I bought my first doll something around 4/5 years ago, but really didn't care much about her, but then a little over a year, I had a Pinky crazy moment and my collection exploded! xD I think I have around 30 dolls/heads and a bajillion of pieces of clothing, plus a little house and a decent amount of re-ment. Around mid 2010, I've paused this collection as well, but might resume it soon!

My favourite dolls are Little Marya (a yukata Pinky I design to look like me :3), Haruhi, Tsuruya-san, Tohru, Neil (forgot the original Pinky model), Chris (same :P), reading Nagato and all 4 PostPet!

☆ Sticker Sacks

This collection totally exploded in 2009, in the beginning of the year I had 3, and by the end I had hundreds! I still keep everything, but like my collection of regional Hello Kitty, I've paused this one, and I'm most likely to have it finished here, as my interest in purchasing sticker sacks is really almost zero now, can you believe it? O_o One should never say never, but I don't see myself purchasing sacks anytime soon. STILL, I don't plan to get rid of nothing! :P

☆ Make-up & Nail Polish

From mid 2010 on, my newest passion!! After being almost 30, I finally gave in and accepted make-up in my life, ha ha ha, and, for a change, went CRAZY with it! As for the nail polishes, I've always loved them, but now I'm much more aware of how many of them are out there!!! @_@ Expect A LOT of pictures from this collection in 2011! ;D

☆ Camera:

As of December 2008 my camera is a super amazing pink Panasonic Lumix DMC-LS80 8.0MP that was given to me as a Christmas gift by my awesome brother! :D Older pictures were taken with a BenQ DC E600 6.0 MP, and I might occasionally post pictures from my iPhone 4 5.0MP (prior to August 2010, all iPhone pictures were taken with a 3G 2.0MP).
