One of the best things about being a flickr-longtimer is having a ringside seat to the evolution of other photographer friends. Case in point: Kristen's photo stylings skyrocketting out of this world! ;p She is passionate and meticulous in her work and once she's grabbed onto an idea (need a vintage pram from 5000 years ago?! K will scour til the ends of the earth to find it!) This marvelous momma is also tops in my book for the following reasons: MM is a fearless-ever-courageous momma (if you're lucky enough to be F&F you know exactly what I mean), generous-kind-compassionate momma (she gives heartfelt advice - both on photowork and lifeworks and is one of the best encouragers on here), and I just know in my heart of hearts that she's the real deal. Then one night I had a dream & an angel in black tights came to me & said, you can start any time now, & then I asked is this a sign? & the angel started laughing & I woke up. I first got on Flickr because my dad is a photographer and he invited me. The only photos I looked at were his for the longest time and then he showed me how to search others to find ones I really like. The first one I saw was a photo of little Clay on some blankets and a big bow and I fell in love with him. Then I went to her whole stream and looked at all her photos and fell in love with the whole family. She is the first contact I made besides my dad and I have enjoyed her photos more than any others I have seen on Flickr. I think she is a wonderful mom and an amazing photographer. She has a beautiful talent and I have enjoyed her sharing it with us.
