I've been more seriously playing around in photography since my teenage years. My first camera was a Kodak 56X which I got for my 12th birthday and then moved up to a Minolta X700 35mm slr some years later and enjoyed it for many years. I still use it but now I also have a Nikon D810 and D500 DSLR along with a couple of other digital camera's. I have a collection of vintage camera's dating back to 1917 and all are fully functional. I quite often go out on a weekend morning with my camera just to see where I might end up. Most often I come home with a few keepers but if I don't, I still enjoy the time I spend outdoors.
