My first photos were taken with a 110mm film camera while I aged 9.

Since then, I have progressed through various cameras, and it's only in the last couple of years that I've been taking photography more seriously as a hobby, having upgraded to a DSLR.

My photography is primarily focussed on the natural world, ie, landscapes, flora and fauna, but I occasionally shoot weddings, families and portraits.

A few years ago, I started a photography blog where I post some of my photos, as well as photography-related articles, reviews and tutorials on various topics.

I have four children, and love nurturing their interest in photography. I am writing a series of articles as I teach camera basics and camera operation to my children.
