I live on the Cheshire/Derbyshire border in the North West of England and try to get out as often as possible to photograph some of the wonderful scenery nearby (you can usually spot me because there is invariably 2 children and a woman closeby looking restless and bored).
For as long as I can remember I have been keen on taking photographs, but since I bought my DSLR in November 2007 my enthusiasm has reach a new level. My camera is always with me and I am constantly on the lookout for the next shot, because of this I find that I observe the environment, weather conditions and light much more closely than I used to, and I make an effort to look for any beauty in life (which has to be a good thing yeah!)
I feel that I still have a great deal to learn about photography and therefore welcome any words of advice and encouragement from anyone who stumbles upon my photostream.

His own shots are really worth waiting for as they are carefully and skilfully composed and selected. He is a real sucker for mono images and strong compositions which he does so well.
