I've taken many of these shots while out in the Danish countryside, which I have seen through a new pair of eyes since I started taking a camera with me. Some were taken from my bedroom window, which has turned out to be a multi-billion Megapixel 3D TV screen with round-the-clock weather updates and nature documentaries. Other shots come from keeping a camera handy while I drive to and from work.

I like tastefully post-processed images, but my personal preference is for realism. When I use the GIMP it is usually to recover some of the dynamic range that the eye can see but my Olympus E-510 can't.
