Martin Hogan is responsible for managing the digital media business incubation facility, Media Cube, at IADT and for driving much of the commercial interaction and innovation between the commercial sector and the Institute. Media Cube is one of only two campus based incubation facilities in the country that is fully occupied and has a waiting list of suitable start-up businesses. Since joining IADT in 2006 commercial engagements between IADT and companies from small organisations to multinational companies have greatly increased.

Martin holds a BSc, an MBA and a postgraduate diploma in enterprise development. Previous positions include Managing Director of start-up company, Statesoft, Sales Manager with Bea Systems and Business Development Manager with Media Satellite.
