Photography is my main hobby, along with off road cycling, walking, and gardening.

I am self taught and still learning, what you see on my Flickr stream is what comes off the back of the camera, apart from the odd noise reduction tweak and selective crop.

Coming up through manual focus film (35mm and 120 roll) through to AF, and landing at digital, recently moving from dslr to mirrorless.

Early days were mainly landscape and vintage m/cycle racing, shooting on 645 format you learn not to waste film.

I am now taking about 70% wildlife/nature and 30% landscape.

Wildlife is shot on Nikon Z system camera and lenses.

Landscape on Fujifilm GFX system or X100 v when backpacking.
