I'm an almost middle-aged (OK, fully middle aged) guy who lives in the Atlanta, Georgia area. I’m married and in addition to enjoying life with my wife Pam I love keeping healthy and fit by walking, running, rowing, cycling and working out at the gym. I also enjoy craft beer and cooking/eating good food using my prized Big Green Egg.

In 2011 I re-discovered my photography bug and am enjoying learning all I can about photography and watching that translate into my images. I enjoy shooting landscapes (both urban and natural), automobiles, architecture and food/drink. I'm wanting to learn more about macro as well as sports and people photography. I acquired a vintage Rolleicord TLR camera in late 2012 and have since added a couple other "old skool" film cameras to the mix. I am having a lot of fun exploring the "art" of developing my own film in addition to shooting with my Mirrorless rig.

In addition to all of that I'm also:

-A budget audiophile who loves to spin vinyl

-Learning to draw (hopefully to improve my photography)

-A struggling league bowler (145 average-slowly recovering from terrible to "better than terrible"!)

-A gardener (more food to cook on the Green Egg!)

-A traveler

-A reader, and...

-Sometimes r/c glider pilot.
