I'm an artist, musician, and teacher in North Texas. This past year I challenged myself to refocus on my artwork and started my blog Paint Daily Texas (paintdailytexas.blogspot.com) featuring my landscape paintings from around the state. This year I've added a second blog, Paint Daily Dallas ISD (paintdailydisd.blogspot.com) about my daily thoughts, trials, and tribulations as the art teacher at W.W. Bushman Elementary. I post my artwork about the students, staff, and events at our school, as well as some of my students' artwork and ideas about art education and teaching in general. I've started displaying these paintings at Bushman with the hopes of inspiring our students and staff to see the value in what goes on at our school everyday.
