Not much too me, male Homo sapien, who loves outdoors/nature/etc. Currently going to college working toward a degree in zoology so that I can pursue a life in Herpetology (study of reptiles & amphibians).

I am pretty good at identifying herps but I am still learning to identify many invertebrates and plants.

Note: Some of my insect & related arthropod ID's are thanks to Bugguide.net & their experts. Also, the Flickr community includes many people who have helped with identifications of certain organisms like springtails.

Photo Usage

Education, research, or student projects: Permission is not needed to use photos unless there is a product being sold. However, it would be nice to be notified of usage in research publications.

Publications or products with intent to sell: In this case permission is necessary for usage. Depending on publication or product, there also might be a fee associated with usage. However, in some occasions I will accept a unit of the product as the fee.
