This man can allways make a quality photo out of nothing, whatever camera he is holding. Be it the simplest thing as a canal lock or a person. The time he takes framing a shot really do pay off in the end. He is very good at the job he does and makes a great scout leader, he leads by example. And others do follow (well most) I have learned many good lessons from him and how to handle situations i would not normally know how to.
