I was very excited to be photo blogging, for the Vancouver Sun and Canada.com as well as photographer and events coordinator for Vancouver Access 2010 for the 2010 Vancouver Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The Olympics and Paralympics have been an amazing experience for me. Being accredited through the BC International Media Center and the International Paralympic Committee, I’ve been blessed with many unbelievable photographic moments and opportunities! During the Games, I’ve photographed politicians (Vancouver Mayor Gregor Robertson, BC Premier Gordon Campbell), actors (Arnold Schwarzenegger, Donald Sutherland), musical acts (Tom Cochrane, Wide Mouth Mason), and most importantly during this amazing Olympic/Paralympic experience, sports inspirations (hockey legend Wayne Gretzky, gold medalists Alex Bilodeau, Sven Kramer, Shaun White, Roberto Luongo and many, many more!) I’ve even kissed the Stanley Cup!!! I am extremely thankful for the amazing opportunities and experiences that having the 2010 Olympic Games in my home city of Vancouver has presented to me!

In real life I am the Operations Manager for Raincity Studios, an award-winning, Internationally acclaimed web development and marketing agency based in Vancouver. I have a Diploma in Business Administration from Vancouver Island University and a Senior Management Certificate in Web Development from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
