I'm a machinist and designer living in Portland, OR. The majority of the photos on here document my bass guitar building projects, which started almost five years ago.

I've fabricated every part on these instruments except for the pickups (and the tuning machines on Bass I). My main concerns are 1) making the neck structure as rigid as possible and 2) designing the lightest possible complete instrument.
