I love fabric and paper and playing with color and design. I find inspiration everywhere for creating quilts, embroidery and collage/paper arts. My husband and I love to travel and spend time with our family of four adult children and their spouses and five grandchildren.

I love the colors and designs used by many of the modern fabric designers, especially Anna Maria Horner and Carolyn Friedlander.

It's difficult for me to choose favorite colors, but I would say I am often attracted to Orange, Fuchsia, Magenta, Aqua, Turquoise, Yellow.....

As for quilting style, I love it all! My favorite quilts, to make, are usually scrappy. I've been trying to incorporate more improv into them, also, because I really do love the process!
