I am an amateur, lazy photography enthusiast. Let me be frank. Probably of my 10 shots, only one might be considered for publishing, on a personal blog. My interest in photography developed from the following line of thought which dawned while trying my hands at sketching longtime back:
Both the artist and photographer create or capture an impression of reality. The main difference lies in the fact that while the former creates the impression after the reality is impressed in his mind, the later gets only one shot at capturing the reality.
I rely on my every routine to reveal something worth clicking. Special trips dedicated to photography are rare. In fact, while on vacation, I hate spending time clicking pictures because I am divided between enjoying the moment and capturing moments. Though some are definitely taken that would narrate the place and experience from my perspective.
My idea is to capture something on camera that is odd. Do let me know, if I have been able to spot 'interesting odds' in interesting way or not.
