Maria de Vera is a Sydney-based freelance photographer specialising in live music photography.

Music and photography are my passions in life, so it makes sense that I enjoy shooting live music concerts.

I've been shooting live concerts since 2005 and had work published in Stack Magazine, AAABackstage.com, FasterLouder.com.au, The59thSound.com, ChaosCartel.com.au and SFmedia.com.au. Bands I've shot include Paramore, Blondie, The Living End, Enter Shikari, Public Enemy, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, New Found Glory, and many more.

Aside from music, I've also shot for Raine & Horne Real Estate, and was an official photographer for Fashion On The Park 2010 and late night club 'Crème'.

I'm currently undertaking short courses at the Australian Centre for Photography (ACP) and Sydney Community College.
