Hello, name is Marcus. I really got interested in photography when I was 14 and went on a whale watching trip. Took pics with my dad's SLR from the early 80s and I was hooked. When my wife and I found out we were expecting our first child, this motivated me to learn all that I could about photography. I bought a Nikon D40 (December 2007), a couple of lenses, a flash and a few filters and have never looked back. I enjoy taking pictures of my baby boy, cars, and anything in nature, especially birds.
