Marco de Jong was born (1972) in the north eastern part of The Netherlands. His parents took him on many road trips in Europe since he was little. A combination of the many impressions he got from these trips and his curiosity gave him the passion for photography. It was no surprise that Marco took travelling on a higher level. He has been living in The Hague, Bangkok, New Delhi, Bangkok and Sydney respectively. Living in these places gave him the opportunity to explore remote landscapes, meeting up with all kinds of people and admire unusual architecture.
