Marcia has a unique style with her landscape photographs. The contrast and lighting within these photographs are almost like a fantasy or like an impressionist painting. Capturing the right clouds with the perfect hue of the sky makes you want to travel the places she does just so you can experience the warmth and the ocean. I seldom come across good landscapes. Either they are badly aligned, or they lack composition and symmetry. Pretty much every photo I've seen of Marcia's has great composition, excellent symmetry, often going asymmetrical leaving a pause for thought for the viewer. I am particularly fond of those pictures. Portaits are great as well. I particularly love giving focus on a subject's eyes, and her pictures clearly manage to kick in with the eye factor. I'm learning alot by just looking at the flickr contacts I have and I am really happy to say that I'm learning much from Marcia here.
