Thank you for visiting my Flickr page. I hope you'll enjoy your time here. I’m a Dutch landscape photographer living in the north of the Netherlands. When I took a photo for the first time in 2007 with an DSLR camera, I became fascinated by its possibilities. Soon I started to focus on capturing landscapes, something I still do with great passion today. With my photos, I aim to create a realistic image that's close to reality. My challenge during the shoot is to get as close as possible to the final result, keeping post-production editing to a minimum. Landscape photography is much more for me than making a beautiful photo, it is the adventure of going outside and seeing the peace and purity of the landscape. Even after many years photographing I am still amazed how light changes the landscape into a true spectacle.
