Dr. Pépin is the founder and CEO of Invescap, a company recognized as a leader in its field in Europe. His responsibilities include the study and analysis of financial products, business development, operational management, human resources, marketing, and the development of strong client relationships Under Dr. Pépin's direction, Invescap has become a leading provider of high-yielding financial solutions, with a focus on diversification and profitability.

From 2009 to 2012 Dr Pépin was CEO of Real Value Management, during which time he oversaw an increase in managed financial products from CHF 5 million to CHF 280 million. Prior to this, he worked as a senior portfolio manager at Banque Clariden-Leu (CS Group), where he was responsible for advising on and managing international and Swiss client accounts, with an emphasis on financial products investments. From 2001 to 2005 he was a senior portfolio manager at LGT Capital Management. Here, he implemented investment decisions and was responsible for the development of processes and selection of financial products.

Marc Pépin has studied extensively in the UK, the United States, and Canada. He holds an MBA in finance and a Ph.D. in finance and economics, as well as associate memberships of CAIA, AIMR, and Mensa. He is fluent in English, French, Spanish, German and Italian and is an active philanthropist, focusing his activities on the fields of sports and health.
