I love taking pictures and take great pleasure in viewing other people's work. Ever since I was a young lad I've been interested in photography, I remember looking through some of my Dad's old photographs that he developed himself and remember thinking how cool they were.

My first camera was a Kodak that took 110 film (I think I "borrowed" it from my mum.)

I got my first SLR in 2001 when I arrived in Sydney, Australia for a post-graduation holiday, a Minolta Dynax 404si which I still have today. I returned from my holiday to find that my Dad, who had also been holidaying in Australia, had bought exactly the same camera from exactly the same shop in Sydney only a couple of weeks before I did!

I now own a Nikon D5000 and I love it.
