Greetings. I'm Manny and I live in beautiful Vermont where the colors of Summer in bloom, and Fall happening inspire me. I've been making jewelry for years and in December '07 decided to take the leap and start a shop at Etsy. For a computer-resistant-techy-challenged-gal that was a big deal! But I'm passionate about making unique jewelry, and I only make pieces that I love, rather than making pieces that I think someone will want to buy. And...since I can't wear everything I'm inspired to create, I'm excited to see who out there might love it as well...

Creating jewelry for me is a bit like gardening; I love experimenting with different and sometimes surprising color combinations and am always excited by the opportunity to create original pieces. My necklaces and earrings are designed using semi-precious gems, sterling silver, vintage and ethnic trade beads. Whenever possible I purchase materials from members of the Fair Trade Federation and Co-op America. Some of the stones I am most drawn to are carnelian, peridot, citrine and labradorite. I love pairing these stones with the blues of lapis lazuli, turquoise and kyanite.
