Warum fotografiere ich?

Fotografieren lässt mich genauer hinsehen. Fotos lassen mich Dinge sehen, sichtbar machen und zeigen die sonst in der Flüchtigkeit des Moments untergehen. Die Fotografie lässt mich Details finden und herausschälen die sich sonst in der Fülle des Bildes verstecken.

Was fotografiere ich?

Vieles aber nicht Alles ;-). Natur, Landschaften, Architektur, Street, Tiere. Silhouetten artige Bilder in schwarz/weiß reizen mich oft. Ich bin aber auch immer dabei Neues auszuprobieren. Aktuell wage ich mich im Rahmen des Themas Kommunikation an Portraits und Menschen in Kommunikationssituationen aber auch absolut abstrakte Bilder von Strukturen und Flüssigkeiten stehen aktuell auf meiner Liste.

Why do I take photographs?

Taking photographs makes me look more closely. Photos let me see things, make them visible and show them, which otherwise get lost in the fleetingness of the moment. Photography lets me find and reveal details that are otherwise hidden in the abundance of the image.

What do I photograph?

Many things but not everything ;-). Nature, landscapes, architecture, street, animals. Silhouette-like images in black and white often appeal to me. But I am also always trying out new things. Currently, I dare to portraits and people in communication situations in the context of the theme of communication, but also absolutely abstract images of structures and liquids are currently on my list.
