Hi there,

My name's Alex and my hobby is making mandalas.

There's no real science to it, just a compass, colours and allowing each design to lead the way as I watch it unfurl before me.

My latest project is the following:

Inspired by William Ury's TED Talk on Abraham's path I plan to collect inspiring quotes from around the world, across all religions, beliefs and faiths. I then plan to reflect on a quote and create a mandala or several mandalas while keeping that quote closely in mind.

I will then publish the mandalas on here once I find a reliable way to photograph them.

So please send me your inspiring quotes, giving me an idea of where they come from and why you have chosen them. I will then spend some time reflecting on them and create a mandala which I will post here.
