Leading a team of 9 professionals and driving business development, project implementation, project control and contract management. Accountable for timely completion of projects as per client specifications and standards.

Manage critical project phases including project estimation, survey, budgeting, execution and coordination. Focus on cost control and ensure that it does not exceed budgets.

Fix schedule for efficient project management from target date by evolving reverse activity chart, sequence design/construction matrix.

Establish project procedures and get approval in line with client requirements.

Survey new trends and methods for specification of building materials.

Liaise with consultants, conduct negotiation with sub-trades & monitor project quality.

Architectural design of a bio climatic house for Manmohan Puri at Gurgaon

Designing a energy efficient bionic multi-level house on 300 sqm lot having a party lawn in basement and astronomical observatory on top.

External Consultant to Angelique Int'l Ltd- Civil design for 5 RCN plant at Africa (2006)

Optimized functional flow diagram and civil costs.

Spent 200 man-hours in 1 month to ship 50+ drawings with 8 turnarounds.

 

Plant expansion for Reliablediesel Engineers Pvt. Ltd at Gurukul, Faridabad.(2004 till date)

Developed structural drawings, explained drawings to labor & coordinated site work.

 

INSTITUTIONAL

Architectural design of Rawal chain of schools (2002-till date)

Orthogonal room layouts were arranged in a concave manner.

The 100’ wide stair arcade was designed to accommodate 1500 students to be photographed together.

Radial arrangement of tables save lead time in quarter shaped mess.

 

COMMERCIAL

Architectural civil design for Brij Hyundai showroom at Aligarh (2006-2007)

Creatively balanced design of showroom to achieve maximum display area.

Developed vastu interiors of the corporate house and a seamless 3 car wide alley.

 

RESIDENTIAL

Architectural design of Group Housing at Sec 3,11&12 Dwarka (2000-2003)

Successfully minimized circulation area to less than 8% by bunching 8 apartments with one service core.

The design also ensured that each flat is 4 sides open.

 

Futuristic architectural design of 500 sq yd residence of Rawal's residence (2000-2005)

Futuristic Double duplex house where space was effectively used. Designed 100+ interior elements.

Architectural civil design for Sanjay Bakshi's residence(2003-2004)

A project which showcases vastu planning and economy. Doors and window areas were optimized as per orientated structural grid.
