I am the head cake creator at my little company called Pimp my Cake, in fact I am the only person, so I design, bake and create all my cakes from my kitchen at home :-) so that means the washing up as well !!!

I also teach from home, offering a variety of lessons from an Introduction to Cake Decorating to figure modelling classes, something to suit everyone. Classes are small and personal with unlimited attention from me to ensure the best learning experience and fun day.

I also run cake decorating holidays in France - French Cake Breaks, offering a relax environment and classes to help beginners and improver's with their techniques and modelling.
