I have been enamored with photography and it's ability to capture piognant moments and beautiful memories since I was a little girl. I have gone from a hand-me-down Brownie camera when I was a child (boy, do I ever wish I still had that!), to my beloved film SLR, to digital point & shoot, and now dSLR. I have a pretty good eye for composition and great light, and I am constantly working to improve my creative vision, in addition to learning all I can about Photoshop. I have great subjects between my daughter, friends' kids, our pets, and everchanging nature. I am learning so much just by admiring and studying photos on Flickr--this is such a wonderful community!

Most of my photos are available for purchase for stock/commercial use, and though I generally don't upload the full-size and/or unwatermarked photos to flickr for fear of having my work stolen, I do have high-res files of most of my work. In addition, I will consider contract photography work. My daughter has been modeling professionally since she was a toddler, as well, and together we just might be able to carry your advertising idea to fruition!

PLEASE do not download or otherwise use/blog any of my photos without prior authorization from me. I love this community of sharing a love of photography and great photos and would be sad to have to leave as I have become addicted! (And NO, I absolutely will NOT authorize anyone from Orkut to use a single one of my photos--don't even bother to ask...) On a similar note, if you make me a contact but have no photos available to me, or nothing but favorited photos of pther people's kids, or otherwise seem to be on flickr for the primary purpose of stealing photos of kids, I will block you--I have a very long list of blocked people. I am sorry, but I have had too many photos "borrowed".

Please also note that if you Favorite photos of my child and have no profile or pics (or if your other Favorites or Groups aren't ones I feel comfortable having my child's photos mixed in with), I will err on the side of safety and will block you. I have had too many photos stolen and would rather be overly cautious.
