I don't know when I started to have an interest in photography - what I remember is that I was always been a very "visual person". I was into comics, movies, everything that had a big visual element.
Later in my life I got hold of my first camera - a Olympus point and shoot, and between the regular holidays and birthday parties I tried to squeeze some "artistic" photos.
But was only after coming to New Zealand and getting my first digital camera - my good and old Sony DSC-T1 - that I finally was free to try whatever I wanted. And that's when the interest become a passion.
Today I'm the proud owner of a Canon EOS 350D and a Flickr member since 2005. I can't say how much I learned and improved my skills because of Flickr!
