Aside from being retired now👍😊, I, obviously, am a very keen amateur photographer. I am also a Catholic/Christian, a musician who sings well and plays guitar 🎸 and blues harmonica, and I am also a student of the Japanese Martial Art of ☯️Aikido. Aside from all this I still ensure that I spend quality time with my beloved wife and daughter! 😊❤️

In terms of my approach to Flickr:

- If you Fave, or even better (if deserved) comment favourably on an image of mine, then I will look through your Photostream, and if I see something I like then I will give you positive feedback on the image and why I like it. 👍😊

- If I am inspired by your work in general then I may even follow you...

- If you have commented on or faved my images previously then I will look in on your latest work from time to time.

- If you have looked closer at any of my images to view it then I really appreciate that! 👍😊

- If I have faved or commented on an image of yours it is because I genuinely like it or find something interesting about it. I rarely Fave an image without commenting on it, and I never indiscriminately Fave lots of images. If I have faved a few of your images without commenting, it will be because I have faved&commented already on some of your images and your work is so good that I just can't comment on them all! 😉👍😊

- I fairly regularly look at Explore and other Groups etc. to look for new sources of inspiration.

- I avoid the 'We will let you post 1 image providing you comment on 3/5 images' type Groups. Too much emotional blackmail for me. I will quite happily comment favourably on an image if I like it, but not for any other reason.

- If your images are 'not my cup of tea', then I am not judging them; it is just that we have differing viewpoints and different interests, not better or worse, just different! 😊

- Finally I thank you for contributing your enthusiasm, creativity and uniqueness to this amazingly varied community of Flickr! 😊 Whatever part of the world you are from, I thank you, and I look forward to seeing and being inspired by your future images my friend in Photography! 👍😊
