I pursue photography as a hobby, not as a vocation. Although I have done some freelance work, I don't consider myself a professional. Rather, photography is a passion that keeps me sane through my actual work as a full-time graduate research student in anthropology. I am currently trying to bring the two worlds together, seeing how the grammar of the image can express the anthropological field, and how in turn the anthropological field is potentialised in the image.
