Prasad is one of my favorite photographers in Flickr. He excels in bringing out the emotions of people through photography. I really enjoy seeing his street photography series, especially how each person in the photo appears to tell a story. I will never forget his portrait of a man standing self-absorbed in a New York intersection ( flickr.com/photos... ). To me that is the essence of photography ... and Prasad has the eyes to see it, and capture it for those of us whose eyes haven't opened to the simple but stunning beauty of human life. I'm going to be honest, and I know honesty can sometimes be a bit blunt and cruel, but I'm sure you all are better off for it. I don't like Prasad. This was not the case initially. At first I thought Prasad was one of us, you know...a hobbyist photographer who suffers from the delusion that he is an awesome photographer, and then I learned the truth about Prasad. Turns out, he really is an awesome photographer. I've been waiting very patiently for him to stumble, stutter and fudge up 'photographically' but he is being a real pain in complying with my wishes. He never STOPS to be great and awesome and original...and AWESOME! My patience has run out, and so...I don't like Prasad, it's just not funny anymore....

I just love Prasad's work. There is so much variety and talent in his photography. He sees and uses colour better than anyone I know. Prasad also has a great talent in B&W work and in knowing when to use image manipulation to create just the right message. Prasad is also a loyal Flickr pal and is generous in his commen… Read more
