Started photography when i was in college. Erlier it was limited to write feature articles for newspapers. Then the passion began and grown... Had one negative SLR and 3 years back bought an Olympus prossumer. But my work does not permit me to explore more with my camera. Once in a 2-3 months it gets some work and i get 2-3 pleasing snaps.

Till today i could not take photography as a serious hobby. And dont think in future i will. But the passion remains the same.

Uploaded photos in flickr 3 years back but didnt do anything. Now started to explore with this amazing site. I think flickr is a great place to learn photography by ourselves with the help of others' photos.

Any suggestions and tips regarding my photography are welcome.

ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ಉತ್ತರ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಸಿದ್ದಾಪುರ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಸೀತಾಳಭಾವಿ ಎಂಬ 'ಒಂದು ಮನೆಯ' ಹಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ. ಮಲೆನಾಡಿನ ಹಸಿರು ಹೊದಿಕೆ... ಮರೆಯಲಾಗದ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತ ಬಾಲ್ಯ... ಜೋರಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರೆ ಎಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮೂರಿನ ಶಾಂತಿಗೆ ಭಂಗ ಬಂದೀತೇನೋ ಎಂಬಂತಿರುವ ಮೆದು ಹಳ್ಳಿಗರು... ಮೋಹಕ ಕಾವ್ಯದಂತೆ ಕಳೆದುಹೋದ ನನ್ನೂರಿನ ಒಡನಾಟ...

ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಿಷ್ಟು ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತ ಹಾಗೂ ಪತ್ರಿಕೋದ್ಯಮ ಓದಿಕೊಂಡೆ. ಕನ್ನಡಪ್ರಭದಲ್ಲಿ 5 ವರ್ಷ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿ ಸದ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸುವರ್ಣನ್ಯೂಸ್ ಚಾನಲ್ಲಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಕ್ಯಾಮೆರಾ ಹಿಡಿಯಲು ಪುರುಸೊತ್ತು ಸಿಗುವುದು ಕಡಿಮೆ. 3 ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾಗಿವೆ. ಮತ್ತೊಂದೆರಡು ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಸಮಯ ಸಿಕ್ಕಾಗ ಸುತ್ತುವ ಚಟವಿದೆ. ನೋಡಬೇಕಾದ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ದೊಡ್ಡದಿದೆ. ಸದ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಫ್ಲಿಕ್ಕರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲ ನೋಡಿ ತೃಪ್ತಿಪಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ!!
